I am not a perfect man; nor do I seek to be one, for it is my flaws and my strength that makes me who I am. I stand before you, but at no time do I seek approval from you. I will stand with you, yet I need not be judged by you. As I will not judge that witch is what you do, for only you and one other can do the judging. Life is precious, we must not flounder it away. It does not matter how we start nor how we finish, what truly matters is what happens in between. A path has been laid before us and we’ve been given all the tools needed to continue on this path. No one knows what lies ahead on this path, so we must take a chance and move forward. The journey will only surprise you and it will give you an understanding as to who you are and who you'll be. Also know that getting to the end of the path is not as important as to how we get there. At times we might veer of this path, but understanding that everything happens for a reason only lets you know that every time we veer, we only do so for good reasons and yes at times for bad reasons. Although we hope for good reasons, but as long as we learn from the bad one, then we can get back on the path and continue moving forward. There will be obstacles, there will be speed bumps, and yes there will be hurtles..........Go not forward with the painful memories of yesteryears. Go not forward with the idea that all is good and all is grand or that it ever was or will be. Go not forward with the hopes that money will solve everything or that it ever has. Go not forward thinking that LOVE is all that it’s cracked up to be or that the one you think you love is the one you’re suppose to love. We love different people for different reasons, but the one we’re truly suppose to love will be the one whom loves us back for the exact reason we love them..........Each of us has the power of transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary, the everyday into THE special day. Did you know that great discoveries are made only by exercising the imagination? I have always tried to go a step past wherever people expected me to end up. And to be true to myself and take some action, no matter how small. “As soon as I feel too old to do a thing? I DO IT!” We can be anything! Maybe this whole entire experience is a series of lessons to learn that I can, YES I CAN! It’s where I go, and what I do when I get there, that tells me who I am. Those born with a talent, which is meant to be used, find their greatest joy in using it. We really don’t know who we are until we see what we can do. When people say, “can’t be done” or “you don’t have what it takes,” makes the task all the more interesting. The things we never had the chance to do are things we regret the most in latter years. When we try to do it for the first time, this is where we feel a sense of discomfort, confusion and bewilderment. So, when all is said and done, just be honest with yourself, because then and only then will you find a moment of satisfaction without regression. This is the ultimate task of finding out what really makes you human!..........Friendship is a precious thing, a gift to prize and treasure. It outlives everything in life, an everlasting pleasure. Friendship is found in times of stress and will help us through worry and danger, but once in a while in the flash of a smile there it is in the face of a stranger.
