One of my favorite pieces of all time in Classical Class 6 Orchestra Music is Festive Overture by Dmitri Shostakovich... This is how I got my scholarship to college playing this in a competition on 3 different occasions.

The George Washington Bridge was a very good piece too... Played this one as well in High School...
