Hey babies! Chile, a bitch been winning lately! Recently I got a new job in medical transportation and hunny...it was no easy task! They make you go through so much shit - background check, physical, PPD test, drug test, driving history check, cpr class, etc...but it's all important I guess. I'm still going through training. So far everything I've been shown doesn't seem too too bad, but this will definitely be one of the most intense jobs I've ever had. I say that because there's so much that you could do wrong, and it'll have dire consequences...like the company getting fined.

I decided to go this route because I've always wanted to do something in the medical field. It's a rewarding job too, because I'm actually helping people who can't make it to and from their doctor appointments by themselves. Lol I feel like a superhero. The company I'm with will even pay for me to become an EMT anytime after 6 months of employment, so that's something to think about. I got a new whip too! It's a 2017 Nissan Versa. Life has been good to me this year. Hope it's been good to all of you too.

P.S. - Happy Father's Day @mreightfiveoh

Thank You For the Fathers Day Luv, Benny....😋😘😘

Next: Let me say im very proud of you for your positive moments and I am glad that conversation we had months back took a hold and inspired you get back into your professional growth. I think you would make an excellent EMT because your fears in the medical field would drive you to success (as our fears makes us very cautious)..
Plus EMT/Paramedics in your area start out at 45K and that is good for non-degreed work....more importantly there are degree programs in paramedical science and emergency medicine to double that if you become a supervisor in that field..😀😀😀

Gwarl, no shade, but medical courier is a tier below CNA.

Did you get your car through the medical courier service, too?

Becoming an EMT isnt worth it in 2017 unless it's part of firefighter cross training. Private EMTs are just people lined up to be sued once the person they saved gets the hospital bill. They don't get paid well either. Well compared to a fast food job they do.

Hey Debbie Downer!!!!!!
Im trying to INSPIRE here lol you can get sued in any medical field very easily these days. HOWEVER since 911, being employed as a first responder in the northern states has many additional perks & benefits on a local, state, and federal level that graciously supplement the pay an EMT/Paramedic would receive employed by a hospital network (fuck private ambulatory)

You CAN get sued in any field. However, EMT's a notoriously sued and that is the reason damn near every govt ran EMT program outside all but the most rural areas has consolidated a skeleton crew to act only when absolutely necessary, into Fire Services leaving the bulk of EMT services to be ran by volunteers who can not be sued under Good Samaritan law. Suing EMT's to get out of paying for care is big business.

Well, I have confidence in Benny that he would be a very skilled EMT and would only work for a hospital network who'd have malpractice insurance to cover any such unfortunate contingencies. We need more black males in the medical field working directly with the public saving lives than nurses at the old folks home. You know this...............
