I LIKE NEW YORK AND ATLANTA
Ch.....I heard Atlanta is a mess....
I'm reading a lot of complains in threads about coworkers and how black gay life for MOST of you all seems to be a challenge.....but maybe....just maybe....it has more to do with your LOCATION.....as in the city you are in....
So my question to you...is....
In your opinion....based on the cities you've been to....or stories you have heard of,....what seems to be that 1 city or maybe 3 cities where black gay life seems to be EASIER......now ofcourse being a black gay man will never be easy but maybe a city can make it EASIER.....not just black gay men...but gay men of color in general.....
I'll be mentioning a few regs as this forum progresses....talk to me BGC.....
Which city is LIT?
Paris or Berlin.
All of the Black men I met in Berlin were coons.
I was fetishized a lot in the clubs by the white men, so I guess if that's your definition of "best" ...
IDK...perhaps they sense that shitty attitude of yours? Never had much of an issue in either of those cities. But not all of us suffer from Inferiority Complexes.
Care to expand on as to why that is.....
I hear they despise Black immigrants in Paris and we all know Germany is was truly the first to promote grand scale racism via Hitler.......that is....if you're paying attention to global news and the history books....
I would say Amsterdam and London for sure based on EXPERIENCE...but Paris and Berlin?....yeah man....I don't know about those two.....especially Germany....I don't even want to visit Germany and I honestly don't care for german culture besides their cars lmao.....but I'll go to Paris....yes....
Also, I'd prefer for us to limit this discussion to American cities.....
But please explain.....
That shitty attitude you just threw out apparently just came right back at you and now it's spread all over that font, I see.
I liked Lusaka, Zambia, because it is not homophobic like some countries in Africa, and the people all look like me, and the guys are gorgeous, and black men walk around holding hands without being suspect. I had a great 3-bedroom house there, on a huge lot, that I loved.
DC, London, Amsterdam, Paris are cool I guess. Big cities have lots of options.
But I felt most at home in Lusaka.
Maastricht, the Netherlands was also really comfortable university town, but not enough gay black men, but tons of interested white gay men.
What the fuck does that even mean?! LOL
Someone spends too much time in this little Blue World.
Best of Luck!
Oh lighten up a bit....
You don't see it for any single American city?....NONE AT ALL....?
I haven't had any problems since I moved here to the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex area nearly two years ago. In my hometown in Louisiana I received lots of hatred and eyes that were like daggers and I'd be minding my own business and people would make negative comments. I remember one time I'm in the mall purchasing shoes and the guys in the store act as if me being gay was contagious and didn't want to assist me but had time to make remarks under their breath and snicker amongst themselves which is very sad and childish.
I would say DC or Jackson
