I got your granny, boy. Come over here and let me handcuff you to the bed for a few days. I'm in Holland at the moment, but I'll be back in DC in a couple of days. Lol!

PostPosted: 2013-05-14 01:01:40     Post subject: So I Didn't Put My Race On My Application and...

As long as people can see, there will be racism. It's impossible to see into someone's head, and probably some don't even realize they're doing it. It's nearly impossible to prove, and it's so easy to point out an alternative reason for selecting ones own race. The statistics point out the likelihood that racism is alive and well in America. Numbers don't lie, but if the data isn't collected, and even if it is, they manage to either ignore it or point out alternative explanations for Blacks having twice the unemployment rate of whites.

If someone organizes an African dick-checking tour, let me know. I'm in! Lol! I'm retired, but stuck in law school and have other commitments at the moment, but in a couple of years, I should be available for an extended African dick checking tour. I love African men! Only spent some time in Zambia, and if those boys are any example of what Africa has to offer, you can count me in!

PostPosted: 2013-05-13 03:50:46     Post subject: Gay is NOT the new black

I agree. Racism is not homophobia. Some of the most privileged people in the states are gay white men. Some of the most disadvantaged are gay black men. Racism cuts across gay lines and divides what might otherwise be a gay community. Apartheid, in the form of "de facto" racial segregation is very much alive in the US. The "struggle" white gays experience is nothing compared to what black gays experience. As a gay black man, my struggle is mostly black in racially divided, if not out-right racist American society.

It sounds like racial profiling is still alive and doing well in many places in the US. The problem is that it takes time and money to fight racism. Lawyers are expensive and only about 2% of American lawyers are black men. Not that only black male lawyers know what you experienced, but it helps to have someone in your corner that looks like you and has experienced the same BS. You can call the NAACP and see if they are interested in what happened.

My mom called the NAACP back in 1979, when I wound up in jail for punching the cop in the nose, because I had had enough harassment for one night. I still did a few days in jail and had to pay a small fine, but it was nice having them in court.

America is not as bad as it was 40 years ago, but this crap shouldn't still be happening, not in Florida or anywhere else. it's disgraceful, ignorant and sad.

Money is the key isn't it? They have to pay for the site and make a profit, but at the same time not scare off potential customers. I was wondering why there are more Premium members of late. It's a tricky business, changing a winning formula. If they are doing proper analysis, they may decide to change it back or they may find this new arrangement is actually profitable. In which case they will likely keep it until statistics show their new customers are leaving as a result and return to the old formula and look for another way to entice people to pay. For me the messages aren't especially important, since I don't get many messages anyway.

WoW! The more things change, ...

I got stopped three times by cops in one night back in 1979. America is like a retarded child. It can't help itself. I would add a LOL, but the shits not funny.

Sometimes I almost forget, why I left this place all those years ago, but then I look around me...

PostPosted: 2013-04-21 19:22:13     Post subject: WHAT CITY WOULD YOU LIKE TO LIVE IN?

I liked living in Lusaka, Zambia, so many beautiful black guys! Berlin, Germany was nice too but there were too many Germans. Lol! I love NY and DC is unique. Maastricht is ancient and more like a small college town than a city, and the Dutch are cool with their coffee shops and "anything goes" culture. Paris is Beautiful! except for the French. Lol! London was okay, I guess.

I'm not sure where I want to live. I guess it doesn't really matter that much to me any more. Actually I think I'm reaching the age, where a country home would be ideal, where I could visit the city once a month using public transportation. Wow! I never thought, I would say that with a straight face. I guess I'm really getting old. Lol!

Wood evening. Lol! Sorry.

It's not that much of an issue any more, now that I'm officially OLD. Lol! I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing?

But I do love my porn and my erotic stories!

Not to scare you youngins, but "morning wood" although it still happens, it's not so raging and not as regular as I remember it. Lol!

Lot of great points! Glad you let it out! My brother died of HIV/AIDS, about 20 years ago now. He was straight and got it from his girlfriend, who got it from her ex, who was an intravenous drug user. So I feel your message. At least it's no longer a death sentence these days. I hope they come up with a cure soon. At least two of my ex's are HIV+. It's a wonder I'm not, since I've not always been the most careful of people. I've just been lucky, and blessed and have learned to be careful over the years. I miss my little brother!

You're too young and cute to be so serious. Take a look in the mirror and appreciate your youthful beauty. Wait until you're old to despair and ponder the greater mysteries of life. Enjoy yourself and be carefree for a while. There's plenty of time to take life seriously later. You remind me of my grandma, only you're much cuter. Lol!

PostPosted: 2013-01-27 17:42:41     Post subject: So Let Me Get This Straight...

I'm no psychologist, and I don't have an answer to prejudice. It's just wrong. But it's also human nature to dislike in others what one dislikes in oneself. It's hard not to pass on the prejudice learned at a young age from experience. It's not right, and try as I might, it's really hard to become a better person even with the passing of years. We try to make prejudice acceptable by expressing our prejudice in terms of preference. I like slim to slightly muscular, or normal to macho and medium to tall. It still says, what people I don't want to be, what I fear most in myself, and who I feel most comfortable around and attracted to. I try to justify it, by being as non-fem as I can, by trying to stay in shape as best I can, and standing straight and tall. Thinking if I can avoid those things, then so can others. It's therefore their choice to be that way and therefore it's cool if i choose not be around them. Mentally I know we're all equal and it's all silly and superficial, but in-grained prejudice is something hard to defeat in ones self. All we can do is try. No excuses, just saying.

PostPosted: 2013-01-27 11:14:51     Post subject: Is Our Generation Failing At Writing?

I'm an old guy, so I'm not of your generation. To be honest, i love and hate what your generation is doing with the language. I love it, because you are expressing and sharing and thinking often at higher levels than called for in regular school classrooms in many of our community schools. You're smart and you're proving it online and everywhere.

What I sort of dislike is twofold, the sense of being left behind. I don't understand a sizable percentage of what is being shared (not your fault, I'm just too lazy to look things up or ask). Secondly I'm afraid you may be even less acceptable when you try to communicate in traditional ways with the majority outside your culture and of a different generation. When communication is lost between generations, stories aren't told and experiences aren't shared. I learned much from my grandmother and father. I'm not sure I've been effective in passing that wisdom and knowledge on to my son. On the other hand, he has his own wisdom, which is of his generation, and probably serves him better than the lessons of the past?

All in all, "It is what it is," to borrow one of your expressions. I think technology is a great equalizer, and ideas will out. More ideas are being shared, more knowledge made available. It's a new day, and it's yours. I love watching what you do with it, and what it does with you.

PostPosted: 2013-01-27 10:06:40     Post subject: Can I just say..

Admittedly I have very limited experience with drugs, even natural soft drugs like hash and weed. Synthetic drugs I know to avoid, because they mostly work essentially the same way. They trick your brain into releasing massive amounts of dopamine, many times the amount released during sex. What eventually happens is that the brain's receptors shut down, and you need more each time to get the same high. Eventually it results in those things that used to bring pleasure, like sex, no longer being pleasurable. I'm sure it's wonderful, to start, but it's also addictive, self-destructive and definitely not the wonder-drug it's cracked up to be. They never are, not crack, not meth, not molly, none of that crap.
Exercise, sex, emotional connections, music, etc. release all the dopamine and bring all the pleasure we need, and they can do it for a lifetime, if we don't screw up our bodies with drugs.

PostPosted: 2013-01-27 09:00:31     Post subject: Tatted Up Niggas Look...

I don't have any. I still want to get one. I just don't know anything about it, like where to begin. I only want one or a few discrete ones. I think a tatt on the face is okay if it is small and has meaning, like a single tatted tear-drop for a business man and even something more radical for a non-conventional job-holder, like a closed third eye peaking out from under the hairline, that one doesn't see when wearing head-gear.

It is a permanent form of self-expression, so I think it should be seriously considered no matter where on the body it is placed, but when it is constantly exposed to view, one has to make double-triple sure it's not the result of a dare or thoughtless, random decision.

I think tats area way of decorating the house you live in, namely your body. It's a shame to go out the same as you came in, devoid of any markings or decorations attained in the course of life. If I go out naked (without a tatt), it would expose my lack of having lived life to the full and missing out on yet another life experience due to fear or lack of imagination or worse yet, apathy.

I try not to shower unless I'm leaving he house, which is normally every week day unfortunately for school. Otherwise once every couple days is enough for me.

If he has a car and enough gas, he should pick you up, if it's too far to walk; or come to your place, if you can host. Money is tight, so if he's a college student too and is scraping cash it together, it might be understandable that he doesn't see why you can't do the same. It all depends on the exact circumstances, doesn't it?

I picked out a Valentine's Day card for Rodney a couple weeks ago. I'll drop it in the mail next week so he gets it by Valentines. It takes forever for the prison staff to read his mail and bring it to his cell, especially when he's in the hole like now.

I hope you have a great one!

Sorry to hear your parents don't realize what a prize they have in you. Glad to see you know your own worth and are such a strong person. I admit i'm old school like DL in some ways. I've always had little respect for "sissies," but I made the mistake of categorizing my adopted son as one. He's actually one of the strongest people I know. I cringe when he walks and talks for my benefit (meaning he loves to turn the femininity meter up to HIGH to piss me off), but I've never been prouder of anyone. Maybe one day your parents will come around. If you ever need a financial backer for school or for your business, keep me in mind. I love backing a sure thing!

PostPosted: 2013-01-26 09:44:36     Post subject: The reason I called them

I was curious so I just looked "trade" up on the Urban dictionary. Here are some of the possible definitions:

A man who messes around with other men, but no one would ever know by looking or talking to him. Used by gay black men to identify masculine gay men or DL Brothas.
"I am going to the mall to look for some trade"
"The club was packed with trade, honey"

A theoretically straight man who likes to "sit back and get serviced" by gay/bi men, with little or no sexual reciprocation. (Note: It is specifically the lack of interest in reciprocating that defines a man as "trade."]
"Hey, Adam, I hooked up with that married guy who answered my M4M ad on craigslist!"
-- "Wow, Steve, I didn't know you were into chasing after trade!"
-- "No, dude, he turned out to be just as horny for my cock as I was for his... I don't go for those 'no-reciprocation' trade scenes."

A masculine gay male. Masculine in appearance.
"Dang, look at trade?"

Trade is a term used in New Orleans. It is usually used by females and punks. Punks created this terminology. Trade is a male that is all that, hot, handsome, ballin, on top, well kept up. There is a bounce song made by a punk in reference to this term.
Girl, I got a new trade.
Look at that trade with the dreads.
He is trade.
I want to get at that trade with the braids in his head.

A masculine acting gay male
Is he trade or fish?

a straight man you lets a gay man perform oral sex on him.
"Hey Mom, it's cool, I'm not gay, I'm trade, I just let the queers suck me off"

a very cute boy u want to go with.
this word is only used in new orleans no where else
dame look at him he is so trade.

"i see u and your trade."

To "take it out in trade" means being owed money and receiving some sort of a service in exchange. Usually refers to sex, i.e., a pimp engaging in sexual activity with a hooker who didn't earn her daily quota.
That bitch couldn't pay for the home network installation, so I took it out in trade.

I found it helpful to talk to a shrink for a year while in college, and I'm just a run-of-the-mill gay guy. It would probably help for you to do the same if you have a psychiatrist or shrink on staff at your college or your medical insurance will cover it. Talking to someone with professional training, especially one used to working with gay/transgender/transexual youth over an extended period of time can help you figure out who you are, why you are and what you want to be. There are definitely others out there like you. You are not alone. I'm pretty sure my BF is XYY. Genetic differences aren't common, but not as rare as we think. Good luck!

I have my fantasy guy, who is a purely perfect physical slayer. My real man has a real heart and a real soul that eclipses his body. To make it last forever, it's all about commitment; Commitment to himself, commitment to me and commitment to community, family and principles.

I'd go to the movie. I'm too old, never got into those virtual games. My son has a PlayStation I think? Maybe when I retire for real one day. Lol! It does look exciting!
